Steps and permissions

In Doomstep, open Settings to check Motion & Fitness, Apple Health, and Screen Time access. Step counts may take a moment to update. If an app is still locked, open Doomstep to refresh its protection state.

Subscriptions

Use Restore purchases in Doomstep Settings if you already subscribed. To view or cancel an Apple subscription, open Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Doomstep account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Your account and privacy

To remove your Doomstep account, open Settings → Delete account in the app. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it. We may need to verify that the account is yours.

Reporting a problem

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card details.
